Bain St-Michel: Everyday at 8pm
Offsite: Various times

By interweaving multiple artistic visions into one collective program, VIVA! provides the public with a vast encounter with the most vibrant of contemporary live art practices including- but not limited to- performance, public intervention, social practice, and furtive actions.

Local and international artists will present their work during scheduled performances that will take place daily at Bain St-Michel, as well as furtively and in public space throughout the duration of the festival. While some artists have provided a schedule to facilitate the encounter of these works, others rely solely on the engagement of accidental publics. From the subtle to spectacular, the political to the poetic, there is surely something for everyone!

This fourth edition of VIVA! Art Action is the fruit of a collaboration between eight artist run-centers from Greater Montreal: articule, DARE-DARE, Centre CLARK, La Centrale Galerie Powerhouse, OBORO, Praxis Art Actuel, le Centre des arts actuels Skol and Verticale – centre d’artistes.
